We are a foundation committed to helping children with disabilities by providing medical equipment.Because many families do not qualify for governmental assistance, medical equipment can be very expensive. Courtland's Hope Foundation exists to ease that burden for families by providing the equipment or financial means necessary so that the child may live a normal and healthy life. Families are invited to fill out an application form for assistance, and will be selected based on their need and by the ability of the foundation to provide for those needs at that time.

In addition to financial aid, the future vision of Courtland’s Hope is to help families emotionally by providing support groups, group or family counseling, and family mentoring programs. Having a child with a disability can be very taxing on a family and it is our goal to help keep families strong and together through difficult times.
